Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information, mobile numbers, or consent data for third-party marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver messaging and related services, but only as needed to operate our business.

You acknowledge that message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
You are solely responsible for your own messaging content, recipient lists, opt-in methods, and compliance with applicable carrier and legal requirements.
AI Disclaimer
Our services may use artificial intelligence and automated systems, You understand and agree that AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.
Our services are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Intellectual Property
All rights in our services, software, workflows, designs, branding, templates, prompts, processes, and related materials remain the property of BRRV AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Fees and Payment
If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the agreed pricing, invoice, subscription, or contract terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable after work has begun, access been granted, or services have been delivered, except where required by law.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate acces to the services until amounts owed are paid in full.

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms and providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, suspensions, data loss, errors or or issues caused by third-party services.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the services unlawfully, or created risk to us, our users, or third parties or failed to pay amounts owed.
Disclaimer or Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infrigement.
We do not garantiee uninterrupted service, error-free service, or any specific business outcome, including bookings, revenue, conversion rates, response time, or operational savings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRRV AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, orfor lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed te amount you paid to BRRV AI for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. If no amount was paid, our total liability will not exceed $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BRRV AI from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, your messaging practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may upadate there Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where another state's or country's laws must apply.
